Engagements are scoped, defined-outcome projects — not an open-ended retainer. A typical path:
- Intro call — 30 minutes, no cost. What's actually happening, and whether this is a fit.
- Assessment — a focused look at the current state: where the noise, delay, or risk is actually coming from.
- Proposal — a scoped plan with a clear outcome and timeline, before any commitment.
- Engagement — the defined work, start to finish.
