I've spent my career leading the technology and infrastructure functions that keep an organization running and let it move forward — most recently as Sr. Director, AI & DevOps at DemandTec, and previously as Director of SaaS Operations at Acoustic.
At DemandTec, I led DevOps and infrastructure, IT operations, and security tooling, and built and ran the company's ISO 27001 program. I was instrumental in establishing DemandTec's independent technology environment during its carve-out from Acoustic — standing up infrastructure, security, and operations that previously depended on a parent company. I also led the organization's approach to enterprise AI adoption, including its relationship with Anthropic, and worked extensively across Azure, Entra, SaaS platforms, and the operational and compliance infrastructure that supports them.
Before that, as Director of SaaS Operations at Acoustic, I led SaaS operations, infrastructure, and reliability work — the operational foundation that later informed how I approached building an independent environment at DemandTec.
