Each new posting is scored against your actual resume — the real skills and experience on it, with AI, the way a thoughtful reader would: what genuinely fits, what the real gaps are, whether it's worth your time. Instead of a firehose of every title match, you get a short, ranked digest by email — fit, strengths, gaps, and a straight recommendation. No auto-apply, ever. You decide what to pursue.

Your resume and preferences are stored only so the daily scan can use them — nothing is shared, sold, or used for anything else.
